We partner with Aramex and NZ Post to get your order to you quickly. In the South Island, delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, and up to 3-5 working days for the North Island. For more details, check out our full Shipping Policy.

To claim a warranty, contact us with your original order number and a description of the issue. We’ll respond quickly to help resolve it.

Unfortunately, we can’t process returns or exchanges for products purchased through our stockists. We recommend contacting the store where you made your purchase for assistance with returns or warranty claims.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order is already on its way, you’ll need to follow our regular return process once you receive your items.
